I just don't understand, Pool is never open always close but we pay extra $100 a month in rent to keep it going. Pool monitor is high and not even checking Anyone wrist bands. You put a order in for It takes weeks to even get looked at. If i could give it no stars i would.
Forced me to get private parking for two of my vehicles simply because I don’t drive them stating they where inoperable neighbors never complained about the vehicles sitting on the curb or anything just posted a note stating they would tow if not moved by a certain date
RUN DON'T WALK FROM YES COMMUNITIES!!! They will say ANYTHING to get you into their overpriced, units, lights have shorts in them so they flicker constantly, and they CHARGE YOU OUT THE ASS They say rent is $1234 when you move in be prepared for $200-300 of fees they tack on,you'll be paying about $1400, My cousin lived in a yes community and they sold their Mobile home and he even said YES COMMUNITIES is a POS Company one of the worst, will suck your wallet dry
