My husband was not looking forward to getting hearing aids, but dealing with Garth and Chris made the process so easy. Garth explained the hearing aids very well and set them up with cell phone and TV. My husband is very happy with his hearing aids and couldn't have asked for better service and after sales support. We highly recommend burntwood hearing 100% !
Garth and Chris are amazing caretakers for my dad! I regularly take my dad to Burntwood for all his hearing needs; we drive from Fernie! My dad struggles with serious dementia and can usually not remember many people, but he talks about Garth and Chris often and always looks so forward to seeing them. They actually treat him like they love him. I love to see the look on my dads face when I tell him we are going to Burntwood to see Garth and Chris. I would highly recommend Garth and Chris at Burntwood hearing. Garth explains everything in detail and makes sure you know exactly what is going on. Garth is wonderful and makes the hearing test experience very comfortable. When you go back for your final appointment, Garth really makes sure everything is good.
