Love the positve energy from the instructors at BT and a lovely community of women to workout alongside! Highly recommended to everyone at any stage of their fitness journey, mix and match your classes between Barre, Boxing and Build- strength training!

I have been going to Burn Theory Moonah for the past four years and could not recommend it highly enough. I am the kind of person who needs someone to tell me what to do, keep me accountable and make me feel like I have actually achieved something. The instructors are brilliant at that. I started off very anxious to try something new. A year later I'm thriving. Try different classes and instructors and you'll soon find something you love.

I've been attending burn theory moonah for a little over a year now. I've tried some barre classes but mostly stick to boxing. the staff are so sweet and well versed in knowledge and run awesome classes. I've always felt safe and cared for at this gym, the instructors always adapting exercises to injuries and checking in on everyone. love this place
