RENTERS BEWARE. These apts are over priced and out dated, no swimming pool or playground, appliances are outdated (20+ plus yrs), common areas are nasty (grills are not taken care of and dog poop everywhere), no maitenance staff, (just a handy man) that is not license or certify to do anything major and takes weeks to do a simply task that you and I could do in mins.
