Bottom line, they take their general/family med patients for granted. They expect you to arrive early and then sit around until they have time to see you......regardless of when your appointment was, and are outraged when you call them out on it. My last two appointment (one Office one Tel Med) I left after waiting over a half an hour. I get it, flexibility is important: 5 -10, min I have no problem with.
