Great BBQ and cold beer!
Growing up in L/A, I never thought about BBQ until I moved to TX. Very friendly staff/owner. I truly appreciated the personal tour of the smoking unit and backstreet behind the brand. Lets jump to the BBQ (Brisket platter). Brisket had a very nice smoke ring/smell/taste. After witnessing it first hand, the smoker holds great tasting smoke and even temperature. My ONLY critique of the Brisket was it was overdone (falling apart). NOW dont get me wrong, Bucees in TX overcooked their Brisket for damn good chopped Brisket burrit... read more
It can be a little loud but not to the point that you can't talk amongst your table. Food is very good. Smoked chicken was very good, Mac and cheese was creamy and flavorful, ribs were good but could be cooked a little longer for tenderness.
