Worse storage place I have ever dealt with. Before it was bought by Cannon, Riddle 's took care of the place and immediately gave help when needed. Also, Riddles charged way less rent. I have called three times asking for help with door issues. I was told to be patient & someone will get back to me. That's been several months ago & still no help. When I desperately needed somewhere to store my stuff I was so thankful to find this place at the perfect location and for a reasonable rate!
I've had superior service from Cannon Secure Storage. My unit has remained dry the entire time I've been a renter, especially during hurricane Helene. Their customer service personnel is always so friendly and professional. They even waived my late fee when phone service was down after Helene when I wasn't able to contact them to make my payment.
