I was a customer when it was locally owned and called Riddles. I was surprised and disappointed when a big company from Delaware purchased it. Unfortunately I still need the storage. They immediately raised the price. They have multiple names and contacts, which it is confusing. When they send an invoice or contact me it appears scammy. So, my experience, trust and confidence regarding my storage has diminished greatly and I can’t wait to not do business anymore. Having said that, online bill pay is easy. Easy in and out. Online registration.....but also just a phone call away, with friendly staff. Clean and Safe.
Great rates and location! Units are clean and secure and no hurricane damage…online contract was super easy to complete and auto pay makes it hassle free…
The storage unit survived Helene
Our storage unit was clean and dry. Billing was easy and the person I spoke with was super nice and professional. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the numbering on the units is faded and/or out of order so it can take a little time and patience to find the right unit. Theu just need renumbered badly.
