Calling Burnsville Heating & Air Conditioning was a complete waste of an entire day when I needed emergency service. My initial call to Burnsville Heating & Air Conditioning was answered right away, they took my information, and advised I would be contacted by their on-call person shortly. I was not called at all on Saturday, nor at all on Sunday. And to add insult to injury, on Monday morning I finally get a call from Burnsville Heating & Air Conditioning asking me to schedule an appointment with them to look at my furna... read more
