I lived here 6 years ago. I was on the top floor with a beautiful view of the river. I would give it 5 stars, but now there’s another condo that blocks the view and as such, the desirability of living here has gone down. For me.
Was a good building when we moved in 6 or 7 years ago and has gone downhill steadily since then. Property management are very lazy and will not return phone calls if it isn't about making a sale just don't expect to ever hear from them. Superintendent has been replaced from a very diligent and tidy man to someone doing the bare minimum. Expect to walk into cobwebs in the halls and you will probably never hear the vacuum run through them anymore.
