They made a situation no one wants to deal with easy Peezy lemon squeezy! Great customer service. The ladies in the front are super sweet and answer all your questions. I love how they communicate keeping me in the loop of every change and I would definitely recommend them! My car was hit and you can’t tell one bit! Amazing job!
Burnside is an honest, trustworthy business with kind and helpful staff. The front desk girls keep you in the loop and are more than capable to help answer any questions you have. The shop guys are very thorough and transparent. Neal was amazing and returned my car in pristine condition. Even though it was internally more damaged than expected, he got it done for me faster than I hoped for and he saved me a big chunk of money, just because he wanted to. 100% gem, could not recommend more!
Brent and the rest of the team here are incredible! From my first point of contact (calling to make an appointment for an estimate) to my last (picking up my gorgeously restored car) I was so impressed by literally everything! Burnside is the best. We had our car sideswiped in a parking lot and the team at Burnside made it good as new, handled all the electronics, cameras, sensors etc. Best of all they did it exactly on time and we are really happy with the results. Thanks Burnside
Did a great job! Level of service exceeded my expectations; both on my Range Rover and the repair on my commuter car. Brent and his team do awesome work. Feb. 2025 Brent and team did an incredible job once again. Took a salvaged commuter (2014 Ford Focus) and made it look brand new!!! See after and before photos below:
