My car was crashed into when I was in a pharmacy shopping. Luckily the man that crashed into it waited for me to exit the store and apologized for crashing into it. My sister recommended Burnside to me. I’m so thankful my car is new again. Alison was so friendly and very professional. Neal went over with me everything that had to be fixed and the timeframes. I took my BMW in to repair some damage done to my passenger door while at a local movie theater. From the 1st phone call to Burnside/Allison to the final pick up of my car everything was handled efficiently, professionally and timely. My car had an incident at Mister CarWash and they sent me to BurnSide Body Shop. I have to say, the service and customer care at BurnSide Body Shop are excellent! The entire staff is very friendly, and I’m extremely satisfied with the work they did on my car. Highly recommended!
Brent and the rest of the team here are incredible!
