Burnside is an honest, trustworthy business with kind and helpful staff. The front desk girls keep you in the loop and are more than capable to help answer any questions you have. The shop guys are very thorough and transparent. Neal was amazing and returned my car in pristine condition. Even though it was internally more damaged than expected, he got it done for me faster than I hoped for and he saved me a big chunk of money, just because he wanted to. 100% gem, could not recommend more!
They made a situation no one wants to deal with easy Peezy lemon squeezy! Great customer service. The ladies in the front are super sweet and answer all your questions. I love how they communicate keeping me in the loop of every change and I would definitely recommend them! My car was hit and you can’t tell one bit! Amazing job!
Brent and the rest of the team here are incredible! From my first point of contact (calling to make an appointment for an estimate) to my last (picking up my gorgeously restored car) I was so impressed by literally everything! Great customer service. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The guys did a great job repairing the damage on my car. They will also coordinate Enterprise rental pickup/drop off which was very convenient. I would highly recommend using them!
I’ve had work completed with Burnside in the past and was totally satisfied with their service and work. So when my mother in law had an accident and needed body work done on her car I referred her to Burnside body shop. Excellent service and work. Her vehicle looks like it did the day she bought it.
