Our family has always taken our vehicles for years to Burnside Auto Body for painting, or accident repairs. Never had any problems with their work. Also, the repairs are done in the time we are told they need it, but, have always had them back before time promised. They do beautiful work. I'd give 100 stars if I could.
100 Stars if I could. My car looks BEAUTIFUL!!! I trust no one else with our vehicles for body work and paint. It was done before the date I was told it would be ready! My car was washed to perfection, even the tires. :0) Thank you Brent, Neil and the ladies in the front. All of you are so nice. ♡
My car was crashed into when I was in a pharmacy shopping. Luckily the man that crashed into it waited for me to exit the store and apologized for crashing into it. My sister recommended Burnside to me. I’m so thankful my car is new again. Alison was so friendly and very professional. Neal went over with me everything that had to be fixed and the timeframes. Arrive for estimate it was done in a punctual manner with courtesy was given a time to drop my car off for repairs after dropping the car off received multiple updates on timing and any problems I had run into. They had to re-file the insurance company for some additional work within a timely manner. Everything came out perfect thank you to Burnside.
Brent and the rest of the team here are incredible! From my first point of contact (calling to make an appointment for an estimate) to my last (picking up my gorgeously restored car) I was so impressed by literally everything!
