I am very disappointed in Burns Woodwork's response for an estimate to make some modifications in my kitchen. In early August i contacted Burns and set up the 24th of August for mr Burns to come by, review our request for work and prepare an estimate. He showed and on 31 August i received, by email, from an employee by the name of Desirey, an estimate that did not cover the complete scope of work. Work dragged out over a three month period, during which my kitchen and nearby parts of my home were left ripped apart. Workers would arrive unannounced, or otherwise would not arrive when scheduled. When I called to ascertain when and if planned work would be done, I was treated with seeming hostility; thereafter, a worker would be sent for an hour or two. One star is actually too high for this review. worst experience every on this kitchen remodel. They are always late, never return calls, very poor installation. Three months and still not completed. Very bad experience.

Would strongly advise against using this company. What should have been a simple job of fabricating and installing two bathroom countertops has become a nightmare. They have not yet brought out our shower surround and I shudder to think what problems that will entail. Their response to complaints is to not listen but to talk over you as you try to explain. Would never use them again!
