Doubled their supplier fee from last year. When asked why the fee doubled, their only justification was that the carrier was providing more value than last year. Except that the carrier's premium went down, it was only Burns & Wilcox's supplier fee that doubled and they have nothing to do with the quality of coverage - they're only the broker.
