DONT USE BURNS AND WILCOX... i have been with B and W for many years. My house is insured for 491,000 dollars. They sent out a guy in the middle of the policy year to inspect my home and came up with... my home is worth over 864,000 dollars and must be 100% insured for replacement value according to them.. not true. zillow says my home is worth 725,000 dollars. So they sent me form to sign with out telling how much the increase is and asked me to sign it .. nope .. in stupid theory .. if my house burnt down .. i could profit... read more
