I submitted a claim, waited for 3+ months to get the result. They work with Lloyd's. I called several times the adjuster, this broker, and meantime got a phone call from a 1-888 number, however no one would give me the answer or tell me who is responsible for my case that I can contact directly. I could do nothing but waiting until one day I received a mail saying that my claim is declined.
