I had a very large tree that dropped a branch on my house during Helene, and another large branch during a wind storm in the spring. I called Burns Tree & Crane to remove the tree. They were excellent, following my desires and offering helpful information. Watching their work was like watching a choreographed production, paying special attention to carefully lifting cut limbs over my house, and gently lowering them to the ground with no dropping or dragging. Adrian Burns and his crew did a great job for me taking down a very large oak in the middle of a residential neighborhood. They had to position the crane in just the right way to allow access for neighbors and maneuver between two sets of power lines and numerous other large trees. The young men were all very polite and professional and they cleaned up everything nicely. I would highly recommend.
Great job! Cut several large oak trees that were very close almost touching my house and cut several smaller hemlocks and pines close to my house also, took care of all the stumps and cleaned up as stated. All at a reasonable price. Very happy. Planning to have some more work done by Burns Tree Service soon.

I live on White Oak Mountain and had three trees that were threatening our home. I interviewed 12 different tree services and studied their approaches. Burns had the best strategy and their estimate was very competitive. The crew they sent was phenomenal. They were well-prepared, diligent and careful.
