Great with communication, I never had to guess what was going on. If I had a problem my attorney Kim Heckemeyer was on top of things immediately and made me feel like I had a voice. And she was just great overall at making me feel like my health genuinely mattered and was top priority. And did everything in her power to make sure I was in the best position possible moving forward in life.
