Movers broke a wire getting the fridge into the house no big deal just wanted it fixed it has been over a year and it is still not fixed the owner is a absolute jerk on the phone if I could leave 0 stars I would DO NOT SHOP HERE PLACE IS A JOKE
Burns & Sons does NOT deserve even this 1 star rating. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The employees were rude, completely dismissive & unfriendly. My family purchased a fridge from here & while their delivery people were taking the fridge into our house they ripped the wiring for the lights on our freezer / freezer door. They left it and we later found the ripped off wiring in pieces and inside of the freezer. We have been without lights for a year now and they refuse to contact us back or m... read more
I'VE BOUGHT BRAND NEW APPLIANCES AND USED FROM BURNS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY PURCHASE.DIDN'T GET HER NAME, BUT SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL. CHATTED UP LIKE WE'VE BEEN LIFELONG FRIENDS. AWESOME

Sold a broken range, sold floor model and being shady by saying they had it in “stock”. Said they don’t have a return policy and decided to call names over the phone. Interesting form of customer service
