The office lady, Karen, is very sweet & helpful. She called me the morning after reserving a unit online to notify me of locations available & her office hours. Excellent people and fair prices. Easy access to facility right off 48 and 24x7 gate code. Unit stayed dry and clean. Auto pay and electronic statements made everything easy - I would definitely use again if I need another storage unit. Update - I needed another storage unit. Lol. Back for more.
