I have rented storage from many different companies over the years and Burns Self Storage is by far the best company I have dealt with The staff is polite and accomadating The facilities are clean and well maintained and secure and well lighted The rent is also reasonable compared to other companies I cannot say enough good things about the office personnel and this facility I HIGHLY recommend this company and facility
The office lady, Karen, is very sweet & helpful. She called me the morning after reserving a unit online to notify me of locations available & her office hours. She followed up with me (when I was running a bit late from our arranged time) to confirm that I still needed the storage unit. ...𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯, Karen so kindly offered to stay a couple minutes later if I needed it.
