I moved to area, had a serious medical emergency and was hospitalized. My first experience was great I went in I was able to purchase an item that they were the only one in the area that had. But since then there have been two times that the Regional Medical Center has sent more than one prescription at a time and when I called to do follow up to see when they're going to be delivered ,I wind up having to argue with a young sounding female who seems to have a attitude issue with customers which is not the way a small family ... read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with Burn's Pharmacy, which was recommended by a friend. Since the beginning, the experience has been problematic. Every month, I have had to visit Burn's Pharmacy multiple times to collect my medication, and they have provided false information on several occasions, claiming that they were waiting for my Dr to refill a prescription, when in fact they had not contacted my doctor. Unless you like wasting your gas and time I would not recommend getting your meds filled here.
