Came to fix shut off valve which was leaking. 5 minute fix which he charged $120 cash after I said I don’t do e-transfer. Asjked him to look at existing bathroom to renovate and never got back. Not that I would consider his business. Would have appreciated being told what he charges for a service call and parts. He never offered a written receipt or invoice. Consider getting this info upfront to save yourself surprise price
Kyle Burns is a great plumber! He came to my house and hooked up my sprinkler system with ease and determination! As it took longer than he and I both thought! He was so professional and respectful about the situation. He still stuck to our deal even tho it took longer than expected. He also made sure that it stayed up and running. I will be for sure calling back for more work. Thank you Kyle.
Just had the owner came to check my laundry utility sink that got disconnected from the main water supply and the gentleman didn't charge us a cent to repair , now that a awesome service , other companies should learn from burns plumbing on how to earn the trust of customers, thank you thank you for your kindness and you have gained a customer today for the future.
