Just had the owner came to check my laundry utility sink that got disconnected from the main water supply and the gentleman didn't charge us a cent to repair , now that a awesome service , other companies should learn from burns plumbing on how to earn the trust of customers, thank you thank you for your kindness and you have gained a customer today for the future.
Kyle is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was extremely quick to respond and gave us a few options for us when we hired him to install a hose bib next to our new pool shed. Thank you Kyle! Edited to add: we have now hired Burns Plumbing for multiple plumbing jobs at our house but today we called him on an urgent basis when our hot water tank cracked and leaked into our basement. Kyle had the tank removed and replaced within 2 hours and did an excellent job! A huge thank you to Kyle and his helper! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
