They been my go to since I move to morrisville very convientent and i love the delivery options,all the staff work very hard and detail but since I requested help for my disabled handicapped its been challenging, the lady pharmacist was unpleasant , y cant u state you can not take a script instead lying saying u need a primary insurance, when i clearly know what and what she does not have,had to sit and call different agencies just to tell me i was right ,still appreciate you guys for everything else you have done for me but... read more
I made the move to Burns Pharmacy 3 years ago from a big box pharmacy chain and it was the best move I made and especially Pete and his staff are top notch and i give them a A � in service and most cases same day delivery and you can always email Pete at info@burnspharmacy.com and get a prompt response on any pharmacy questions. They deliver and they call me to ask me if I am ready to have it delivered right away. Stacy is friendly and helpful. I wish I had always used a small business instead of Rite Aid which closed down and caused me no ends to my issues trying to transfer to CVS(awful) and Walgreens (less awful but still not impressed). If I had known how great the service was I would have been using them this whole time.
