If I call you to tell you your services are not welcome in my apartment unit, you shouldn't try to argue that would have to be done through my apartment complex. It's a tenants right to privacy, and your tech attempted to gain access without permission and showed up almost 2 hours early. Extremely unprofessional, and even illegal. Do better.

Burns pest control was very helpful. They fit me in for an appointment right away when I called them for help with a wasp nest. Michael came to my house and the service was excellent. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and super fast. I’m relieved that there’s are no more wasps. Highly recommend.
