We had a terrible pigeon problem on our rooftop. Josh Reid was our technician and he was awesome! He knew exactly what to do to rid our roof of the pesky birds. He was very professional and showed attention to detail. He seemed to genuinely care about our problem. He was able to solve the issue and fix up netting around our solar panels to prevent the pigeons from returning. The work was completed in a timely manner and at the quoted price. We would highly recommend Josh and Burns Pest Elimination for any future needs.

Would give -5 if possible. Rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and full of misinformation. After their first visit, there wasn’t anyway I was letting them back in my house. Stay away from this company (that must think they are the only company in town) unless you want to be treated like dirt and over charged. Did NOT get the job done. They are useless.
My apartment has dealt with Burns for 4 years dealing with mice, and most recently a rat. They are incredibly hard to get rid of, until Josh Reid was assigned to the task. Every time he would come out he would try a new technique, and give me step by step. His plan always had a A, B and C back up. He would send me detailed notes on how He was doing, what trap was going to work and how to make it impossible for the Rat to keep living.
