On taking my ride one flat tyre in for a replacement tube I was given the don't call us we'll text you card but told it would be Tuesday so went in Wednesday at 3pm knowing they close at 430pm to inquired why they hadn't text me the day before only to find out that the owner had booked my tube replacement to be performed in a fortnight away . Took my SB45 in for a reel and bedknife sharpen, fixed couple other issues with mower they picked up on. Very happy with it now. Knowledgeable and friendly
Extremely happy with my mower when I got it back. Communication is extremely bad though. The main reason it went in was that it wouldn't start. I knew it had numerous other issues but none of that was discussed at all. We were told they would do a $168 service and that will hopefully cover the no start issue. If there is anything else they will contact us. There's a rather abrupt message on the card they give you saying "DO NOT RING US, WE WILL RING YOU". We did as asked and waited for their call.
