On taking my ride one flat tyre in for a replacement tube I was given the don't call us we'll text you card but told it would be Tuesday so went in Wednesday at 3pm knowing they close at 430pm to inquired why they hadn't text me the day before only to find out that the owner had booked my tube replacement to be performed in a fortnight away .
