Our experience was horrible. The issues of our car were not resolved, the noise it has been making is still there and getting louder. When I received my vehicle back it was completely dirty. I did not take it dirty it had just been washed detailed and clean and the outside looked horrible. Clumps of dirt stuck to the door. We went back today and the head foreman mechanic was not there so he could not help. At this point we are looking into just taking back the vehicle completely.
