Helpful staff and good variety
My husband constantly sends me to this hardware store for supplies, and most of the time, I have no idea what I am looking for. Ted, a worker at this department, has helped me almost every single time find exactly what I'm looking for and help me get the best deals. When management isn’t present my ex boyfriend Rick Kletke, their clerk of less than one year, refused service to my husband while looking for a simple part for our camper. Instead of being professional and amicable he had words and kicked him out of the store. 0/10 will be speaking with management as soon as possible about this behaviour.
Yesterday I went to this Burns lake store..I had phoned ahead because I live some distance away a very helpful lady told me the item I was looking for was in stock so I went and bought a Bissell Clearview rewind swivel pet vacuum cleaner I love it and the service was excellent a young fellow even carried it to my car I would recommend this store to anyone
