My husband constantly sends me to this hardware store for supplies, and most of the time, I have no idea what I am looking for. When management isn’t present my ex boyfriend Rick Kletke, their clerk of less than one year, refused service to my husband while looking for a simple part for our camper. Instead of being professional and amicable he had words and kicked him out of the store. 0/10 will be speaking with management as soon as possible about this behaviour.
Yesterday I went to this Burns lake store..I had phoned ahead because I live some distance away a very helpful lady told me the item I was looking for was in stock so I went and bought a Bissell Clearview rewind swivel pet vacuum cleaner I love it and the service was excellent a young fellow even carried it to my car I would recommend this store to anyone
