I’ve shopped there for years and have purchased multiple rings and a chain from them. Then I asked about selling an engagement ring there on consignment( I was told they do that) the owner Tom Burns was a total condescending D.B. and treated me like I stole it. You’ll never get another cent from me.

Avoid for repairs!! I had a vintage ring repaired here recently, requiring replacement of 1 jewel and repair of a crack in the band. Within three weeks of getting the ring back the crack had reappeared. Burns "repaired" the crack and returned it to me. Again, within a matter of weeks the exact same jewel had fallen out AND the crack was back. One of the staff members offered a refund but then the proprietor refused. Really terrible service, honestly.
