These people are rediculous. They told me qouting a home owners insurance policy over the phone is too much effort for them. They emailed me a 38 question survey they want me to type out and email back, along with a copy of my existing policy. Eric Romano at state farm had my qoute figured out over the phone before they even had their goofy questions emailed to me.
Best place in Cheyenne for insurance. They have a beautifully decorated and welcoming building and staff. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of policies through Burns Insurance. They do the job right too - they make sure you have the correct insurance coverages for your business, car, home, etc. Top notch local business!
