Parts department is amazing. Went above and beyond to help me out with a 1963 yale forklift that is very hard to find anything for.
One of their drivers at 6:45 am March 11 2026 going westbound on i76 Talmadge was being a tyrant on the road.Brake checking multiple drivers,using high beams on other drivers,driving on the shoulder to get past them and throw things out his window at them and sticking out middle fingers.Apparently they hire mentally unstable people and people on the verge of going “postal”.This is not someone i would want to do business with.
A very impressive GEM dealer. I bought a new GEM car from them earlier this year, and I can say that they have treated me very well since the first contact. They helped me along the way to pick out the options and place the order. They even went out of the way to swap mag wheels off of a demo unit to give me the discontinued wheels that I wanted. I have gotten very responsive A+ service even after the sale, which is a sign of a great dealer.
This place is a joke. I just watched them make a driver 60 years old that just had surgery remove the blocks wooden blocks with long nails and the straps off the forklifts because they said they couldn't go in the trailer but they could go in the trailer to remove the equipment that doesn't make sense this poor guy I just can't believe I sat there and watched that shame on you people
Only a 4 star because it is a little tight trying to back in for delivery. Unload quick nice group of guys.
