I had an excellent experience with Burns Hyundai from start to finish. My situation was not simple. I had an existing Honda lease with remaining payments, negative equity, and several moving parts that needed to be handled correctly. I was also about an hour and twenty minutes away. Update: the dealership no longer offers Lyft service and no loaner cars. They make hundreds of thousands of dollar off people from purchasing and servicing their vehicles. They can’t afford a courtesy vehicle. Dropped my car off for a tire replacement at 3 pm on Friday and they called me at 1 pm the next on Saturday to tell me they can’t get the tire until Wednesday and I need to drive on my spare tire. Liars. At the very least incompetent. They wasted four hours of my time and gas and toll money. They lied over the phone about the car’s accident history. Then they lied again to my face once I arrived. After test driving and making a deal, it came out in the paperwork that the car was in an accident with another motor vehicle. When I asked who was responsible for giving me wrong information they all pleaded ignorance. Good luck
This is going to be lengthy but I promise it’s worth the read!! I’ve been trying to buy a car at this dealership for a long time - this is my 4th Hyundai I’ve purchased in a row. My first visit years ago - a salesman didn’t even know how to pronounce the model of the car I was shopping for - for my husband, he told us to go home build the model print out the specs and bring it back and he can see if he can find a car for us… needless to say we went to a different Hyundai dealer and left with a car for my husband that day.
