Fair and honest. Was able to come out same day, on a Saturday and came back Sunday (gave me time to get payment together) to repair my furnace. Super nice guy. Highly recommended!
BEWARE - LAWSUIT PENDING - He started ripping into the wire harness of my furnace to a point beyond repair. Another HVAC tech said it was so bad I need to replace the furnace. My family is without heat and Josh is unresponsive. He keeps claiming he will come fix it but then no call / no show. He took my money and ran, and left my family with a devastating furnace replacement cost to have to figure out how to pay for out of pocket. Do not do business with BURNS HVAC, he took our deposit, scheduled a date for installation, and never showed up or responded to multiple calls, texts and phone calls.
Extremely unhappy with this company. No one answers the phone No one answers the website. VOICE MAIL IS TOO FULL TO LEAVE A MESSAGE . My new Furnace is TAPPED together to the inside of new air conditioner coils instead of properly being sealed. The brand new outside air conditioner is leaking water into the unit. I've contacted a lawyer. This is no way to run a business.
We had a new construction HVAC system done by Josh Burns at Burns HVAC. Horrible experience. Poor communication, employees were rude and unprofessional. Every day they left my place a disaster and never cleaned up at the end of the day. They “forgot” to add duct work into 2 of my bathrooms that are both on exterior walls.
