DO NOT let Burns HVAC work on boilers or boiler systems. They have cost me well over $60,000 because they do not have the experience to design or maintain such systems. They installed 3 new high efficiency boilers that all failed within 2.5 months. They then replaced them with 2 cast iron boilers. One of those failed within weeks, and the warranty was denied because of the installation. We paid another company to come in and rip out all of the new piping that was designed wrong, and properly ventilate the boiler room. We ins... read more
I just want to let anyone if you need furnace boiler or anything to do with home repair these guys are awesome. Joshua and his buddy Mike hooked me up and an unbelievable job. Price was very reasonable and workman ship top knock. Thankyou Burns.
Update #2: I learned that this business has been closed permanently. That explains why. Update: I have been trying to reach out to repair our AC unit. Didn't get a good response or any scheduling appointments. Via business call and text. Nothing. Been MIA. Sorry but I have to change the review rating. Excellent service. The price was very reasonable pricing. We got 2 ton Payne that fits in with the house space. The AC works great! The old (r22) AC was installed in 2006! Let's hope that new AC will last that long.

Just moved into the neighborhood. Having a furnace check. It comes on and shut off. Burns came out to check on things. Found the thermostat wasn't working properly and some sort of air flow conductor want getting enough air. Wait for it.... Wait for it... He waited to make sure everything is working before he left
