Don't bother calling, goes to voicemail and never replies, called twice, same thing. One must conclude that he's a hack, has other priorities, I bet he's a scammer & not reporting his income to the IRS. Probably collecting some government handouts, he doesn't have any business to deal with people. After he reads this, he'll probably answer the phone & give a lip service, excuses of everything under the sun. I think he needs to be investigated.
Used him once did a good job but need his services now and he won’t even return phone calls. I have around 10 units that all need someone who can be available but i guess you are not the guy travis.
Travis and his team did an incredible job of not only replacing my old unit within a week of it going out but they were kind and professional! I would use them again in a heartbeat! They were very reasonable as well!
