I have used Ed to service my oil furnace for the last 3 or so heating seasons. He has always been professional and courteous. This year I don’t seem to be able to find him at either his business phone number or his website. It would be a shame if we’ve lost a business of this quality in Loudoun. Here’s hoping he’s okay and has the opportunity to read this.
