OMG - What a crew! We called in with engine issues while we were on the road - the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend - and the lady answering the phone was SO reassuring! We took it in - and they were even going to drive to Albuquerque to get a part - but there wasn't one. We left it there and picked it up the next Wednesday - all fixed. We asked them to look at a few other things that the place where we bought it said "they are fine"....and they were not!!
