Horrible, horrible, horrible. They have absolutely no communication and are 100% unprofessional. I ADVISE YOU PLEASE DONT DO SERVICE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!+ I am disgusted and ashamed that people who work with mourning citizens can have no sympathy whatsoever. I am so disappointed, they have ashes to people who have NO RIGHTS TO THEM! I am so sick to my stomach and distraught and disturbed.
