You need a new service manager, the current one is awful. A month out to schedule urgent repair on a truck? In a town the size of Burns? Lol. Sure dude. And he was extremely unpleasant to even speak with.
Great service great staff
Just got home from a 5hr drive (10hr round trip) picking up a new truck from Ted. From start to finish the process was easy going, laid back, and no pressure or added sales pitch. He could have shoved me out the door after signing papers, but instead he spent the better part of an hour going over every feature my truck has to offer and took the time to chat with my wife and I. My wife will be needing a new car in the next few years and I know that Ted will be my first call. Thank you Burns Ford for an excellent experience.
Was passing through in my new ford pickup that had the check engine light on recently but went away shortly before pulling up to Burns Ford. They put the code reader on it, found it was about emissions and had the exact code, but said "If the check engine light isn't on at the moment we can't do anything about it, per Ford's request" We went on our way, calling the dealer we got the truck from to get a second opinion, finding out that what they said is complete BS and should've investigated further or fixed it.
