Brian and his crew saved our vacation! 3 hours into our trip we had a deer strike 16 miles outside Burns. After being towed to Ford (thank you D&N) at 2:30pm, we had a call from Brian within 2 hours with the diagnosis. He overnighted a part and had us ready to go the next morning by 9:00am!! Absolute miracle in our eyes! Thank you Burns Ford!!!
Traveling through town and had a check engine code on my Powerstroke at 5:30 at night. I was at the service desk at 0730 the next morning, they had it in the shop by 8, and I was on the road by 10, these guys are great!
Not worth the time. Go to Prineville, Bend or Boise ( superb service in Boise)
Has the most humble employees and I am grateful for the assistance they gave us. Kindness is contagious and I am so appreciative that you were there to help when we needed it. Any purchase I have in the future I will come here first!
You need a new service manager, the current one is awful. A month out to schedule urgent repair on a truck? In a town the size of Burns? Lol. Sure dude. And he was extremely unpleasant to even speak with.
