Total fIailure. These people take no responsibility for the "adivisory" services they provide. My parents paid them large amounts of money to include their assets in a trust and decades later only to find out they excluded thier house (primary asset) from the trust and then hid behind the "legal" posititon that it was my parents obligation to provide anything and everything that should have been included in the trust. Why go to a legal financial "advisor" that does not ask you for the deed for your most important assest?... read more
