Horrible work
Our floors in our 4 year old home are cracking and braking. Burns will not take responsibility for the poor quality floors. We have not damaged our floors and I was told by the person who came out to access the floors that he's never seen this before and it's bad. Awful customer service. They don't care. We will never use this company again.
Everyone that was sent to finish my home was excellent. The couple that came to do the painting and finish work went above and beyond. Very happy with the beautiful outcome!
They take so long to pay the sub contractors it’s like working for free
