I am dreading the “Mansplaining” when they install out Gas Lines. I can’t get anything in writing before they can do “whatever they want” to my property. It’s been a couple of years since they didn’t come when they said they would to see if I needed a new furnace or water heater. Especially worrying since I’ve never said I needed them replaced. Forced to get up (on a rare occasion that I was allowed to sleep in) so that I could move my car for “work” The “work” in question was 4 Burns employees standing around a generator doing absolutely nothing.
If you have them do work for you warn your neighbors that bright and early just before 7 am they start banging heavy equipment and waking everyone up with the noise. They don't even have the decency and respect to wait until 8 am before banging around in residential neighborhoods. It's really great when you waitress and bartend and don't get home until after midnight.
Awful, destroyed the newly paved streets with their crappy ways of repairing the holes they made, I wish reviews went down to zero stars
