Despite it being after hours/weekend, Leon answered my call and took time out of his Sunday afternoon to walk me through troubleshooting a faulty limit switch. Fantastic professionals. Actually showed up on time, was thorough, explained what he was doing, good price, definately will use them again. I have booked others through home depot and they didnt show up but quoted double the price, sent out four quote requests after that and Burns brothers were the only ones to respond and they did it quickly, they also worked with my schedule.

I called to see if they could come out ASAP to fix my furnace but unfortunately they were all booked up! I told him that I had replaced the filter and I was sure this was just some small thing that I missed which kept make the furnace shut off! Although he has no time to come he walked me through what the codes were and what they meant, he also gave me some trouble shooting pointers and solutions, unfortunately the furnace still didn't work.
