Despite it being after hours/weekend, Leon answered my call and took time out of his Sunday afternoon to walk me through troubleshooting a faulty limit switch. Turns out, the fix was as simple as gently tapping it with the back of a screwdriver, and presto! I have heat in my home again! Fantastic professionals. Actually showed up on time, was thorough, explained what he was doing, good price, definately will use them again. I have booked others through home depot and they didnt show up but quoted double the price, sent out four quote requests after that and Burns brothers were the only ones to respond and they did it quickly, they also worked with my schedule.
