We filed our taxes with Jessica U. Highly recommend seeing her! . She was so kind and helpful. She gave us a few pointers and tips and tricks. She was efficient and professional too. Very reasonable priced. Definitely will be coming back to see Jessica next year
I highly recommend Chris Beyer who has been helping me with my taxes for the past two years. She is very thorough and professional - she has been exceptional at gathering and explaining information. My sister and brother-in-law have been going to Burns Brothers for tax assistance for many years, and I am so glad they recommended them to me!
I had a similarly terrible experience with Patti at Burns Brothers. She was rude (not matter of fact--but extremely rude), limited in knowledge, and made derogatory remarks to my husband and I. We saw a great accountant there for many years, and only saw her after he passed away, but now will take our business elsewhere. BB should take note of these remarks about her. They come from legitimate experiences.
Today I feel disappointed for how this business operates & feel they completely took advantage. This year I ended up filing my own fed&mn taxes (because i was late& filed last day online) except homestead refund, my regular gal was out of office so I scheduled with someone else to do my property tax refund Only...she charged me as if she did 'all' of my taxes. I understand that they needed to enter my already completed & accepted tax info and expected some form of additional charge but NOT charge me as if they were doing my ... read more
Had a lady do our taxes for the 2023 year and she made several discrepancies and errors. She laughed at my wife and I because we owed several thousands of dollars and made the comment "oh you guys must be rich!" My wife and I ended up amending the taxes via H&R Block and they fixed it but Jesus Christ this lady is Dumber than a box of rocks... You know who you are...I hope you are happy with your life choices...
