I had a similarly terrible experience with Patti at Burns Brothers. She was rude (not matter of fact--but extremely rude), limited in knowledge, and made derogatory remarks to my husband and I. We saw a great accountant there for many years, and only saw her after he passed away, but now will take our business elsewhere. BB should take note of these remarks about her. They come from legitimate experiences.
