Our truck broke down 2.5 hours from home in Warm Springs Va. We had no idea what to do, or where to find help. The motel clerk recommended Burns Auto and we called them. They sent a mechanic to us to try to diagnose the problem. When it was determined that the truck would need to have a part ordered, Burns arranged a tow back to their shop. They ordered the part, installed it, and called us to come pick up when ready. We were shocked that the bill was less than what we expected. I was stranded at the top of a mountain 20 minutes away from here with one bar of cell service and called here in hopes that they would be open. Roy answered, and while they would not be open by the time I found a tow service through roadside assistance, he gave me the number to a good local tow service and hotels. While I was still figuring out what to do, he actually called me back saying that his son just so happened to be driving through the mountain and could take a look at my car.
