I called Burns & Black looking for a consult on some existing litigation. The initial interaction was positive and the Legal assistant took all my information down and we setup a time for Mr. Black to discuss with me the next day. This is where it went downhill. I did not receive a call at the scheduled time and when I called I was told Mr. Black was in a meeting and would call me as soon as he was done... That never happened.
