Dr. G. Dubey provided excellent care with professionalism and compassion. They acted promptly and ensured timely diagnosis and treatment. I’m very grateful for the attentive and thorough approach. Highly recommended.
I cannot fault the service and professionalism from the first day myself and daughter joined. The ease of appointments and prescriptions being ordered makes the day to day life easier and less stressful. Always responded to quickly and supported during health problems. The forms are so easy and no delay in response via emails. With this in mind I have had experience with a rude receptionist but the positives outweigh the negatives.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. These receptionists need a reality check and an attitude makeover. They should not be in this line of work if they are going to speak to patients in the manner that they do. This has happened several times now, and by the look of all the other reviews, I’m not the only person this has happened to. Something needs to be done here, the last thing that people need when they are ill is two rude ladies talking down at them, being condescending and unhelpful. Rude and disgusting behaviour.
