All doctors are excelent and all reception staff are lovely
I couldn’t recommend this medical centre more. Dr Bill Arsenakis is really great, and made me feel seen and heard as a patient more than I ever have at any other clinic.
A shame. Pathology and Receptionist staff are super lovely, however be warned, pick and choose which doctor to see wisely. Months of pain and suffering could have been avoided if pride and ego didn't get in the way.
Bill was really lovely! He took the time to explain things and made sure i had all my questions answered. Left feeling like I had been heard and appropriate care given. The receptionists were also lovely and helpful ☺️
don't get me wrong Anna is lovely, but oh my gosh I have never experienced a slower gp, every single one of my appointments has run over 2 hours late and once you finally get in every single minute detail runs so incredibly slow. If you have 3 hours for a quick gp appointment be my pleasure but all of their procedures could definitely be updated to fit younger patients and modern technology.
