Have always been treated well at the clinic by the staff. Good doctors there and it's very handy to have the pharmacy in the building. I have two problems with the clinic: the wait time (even with appointments) is a bit long, and the pharmacy is terribly slow. They either need more help in the pharmacy or need to try to be more efficient with their time.
The clinic part of this facility is wonderful. On the other hand the Pharmacy is terrible. they always are to busy to get the prescriptions filled. They say it will be a few minutes and ask you to come back a little later. After waiting 2 or 3 hours and going back they still don't have the medication ready. They then proceed to tell you just how wild their day has been and put you off again and again. This has been my experience every time I have been there to pick up medication.
