Had an issue with a propane stove in the basement of the house I bought in the Bismarck area. Kent came out and said he'd have to look for parts. I was also willing to just replace it with a new one. Never heard back from him. After a month, I called the store and got Kent on the phone. I simply said I was following up as I hadn't heard back. My wife and I met with Kent the Saturday before labor day. We purchased a Hearthstone woodburning stove. Kent said he would do his absolute best to have it installed in our home before the snow falls. Not only did he deliver on time, the installation is totally professional and the fire stove is flawless and functions exactly the way it should. BTW.
