We have had a few Volkswagen cars and generally been very happy with the services and staff, who have almost always been friendly and helpful. I recently purchased a 2016 Touareg privately and a few days ago the Diesel Particulate Filter light came on. I checked the Volkswagen website and it said not to panic and explained how to regenerate the filter. I decided I would do that after work the next day (yesterday). Neil, and the team at Burnie Volkswagen were terrific and always went out of the way to help us with the purchase. Very thorough hand over for the vehicle and our comfort was always considered through out the sale. Also, a fresh coffee was always at hand.
Great yard, easy parking at the back of the show room, helpfull sales people, bright clean show room.
Parts girl was very helpful after I had to select service over the automated answering selection process. If you select parts, automation answering replies, it will not answer your call and hangs up! Made 3 attempts! Finally selected service and got an answer...
Neil was great and very helpful. Buying another car from there soon.
