Staff need better training not to give out prices when they are incorrect. $40 difference between what I was told it would cost & the actual cost. Make sure to get any form of quotes in writing because they verbal information will most likely be wrong. Been a customer for 15 years, was a fantastic clinic when Topping was there. Now seems to be all about the $$$ and not the actual care of the animals. Be looking elsewhere for my future vet visits.
Always nice and friendly and they are good with the dogs.
