Service centre. - Rude, useless and frustrating to deal with. Money grab, shame that you’re forced to deal with them because Isuzu uses their workshop. Don’t waste your time.
I do NOT recommend Burnie Toyota on any level. They cannot even write down the odometer reading correctly. 3 different figures written down from the one service. Not one of the figures is correct. I now have a dodgy looking service history. They were also engaged to do some warranty repairs. Being rust through paint work in many locations. Unfortunately their repair attempt failed to meet standards. They were also to replace the tray under warranty. Multiple repair attempts later there was a new tray fitted.
