BEST people to rent from in Bloomington! I lived in one of the E Hunter apartments for three years of optometry school (4th year is rotations around the country) and had zero complaints. It was an ideal location being a 1-2 minute walk from the school. Missy is a rockstar and was incredibly accommodating with me being able to move in early in time for orientation AND finding someone to move in early when I had to leave in May for rotations to help me save costs. Missy is the smiling, pleasant face greeting everyone at the Burnham Rental Office. She is consistently helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with her if you are seeking a residence at Burnham.

This family-owned business has the kindest and most diligent staff I have ever rented with. The atmosphere is definitely more suited for grad students than undergrads. As a law student at IU, I especially appreciated that the location is unbeatable and that the Burnhams take quiet hours seriously. They were flexible and able to accommodate me moving in a little early for law school orientation, too, which was a great help.
