This family-owned business has the kindest and most diligent staff I have ever rented with. The atmosphere is definitely more suited for grad students than undergrads. As a law student at IU, I especially appreciated that the location is unbeatable and that the Burnhams take quiet hours seriously. They were flexible and able to accommodate me moving in a little early for law school orientation, too, which was a great help. You charged us for painting!!! $1200!!! As a landlord, you should know that is not legal!!! There was no visable damage in any of your photos. In our 25+ years of experience, replacing carpet and painting is standard, and not charge to the renter. IN Law. Look it up!
